- Returns policy
- We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please get in touch with us as soon as it arrives. We offer a no quibble returns policy, and are happy to refund, or exchange for an item that would suit you better. If an item is faulty then please contact us, we are happy to repair, or offer a full refund or exchange. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. - What if I don't see what I want?
- Please get in touch, we would love to hear from you and will try and meet your request. As most things are handmade to order, we can often custom design, or tweak our designs to suit you.
- Hand made products
- As all of our products are Handmade by Hayley, and are made to order, we cannot guarantee the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on the screen. However it will always be very similar and we will never use any materials, fabric or beads that we are not completely happy with.
- Safety Information
- Our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children.
- Delivery times
- We aim to send all orders out either same day or the following day. As we make all products to order this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas, or if we are away doing a show. The majority of our orders will be with you within 2 days of you placing the order.
- Delivery method
- All orders are sent First Class with the Royal Mail and should take 1-3 days to reach you. Overseas orders are sent by “International Signed for” with the Royal Mail and should take 5-10 days. We are happy to post orders to a workplace.
- Gift Purchases
- If you are sending your purchase as a gift, please let us know and we can send it straight to the recipeint with a handwritten note at no extra cost. The item will be nicely wrapped up in an organza bag with tissue paper. Please email us the note at Hayley@Handmadebyhayley.co.uk
- Shipping costs
- We are pleased to now offer free postage on all UK orders. Overseas orders are charged at a flat rate of £3.00, regardless of how many items are purchased.
